ECOCASTULUM COMMITMENT


ECOCASTULUM, SL as a company declares its commitment to the establishment and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, without discriminating directly or indirectly on the basis of sex, as well as promoting and promoting measures to achieve real equality within our organization, establishing equal opportunities between women and men as a strategic principle of our corporate policy and of human resources, in accordance with the definition of said principle established by Organic Law 3/2007, of March 22, for effective equality between women and men.


In each and every one of the areas in which the activity of this company is carried out, from selection to promotion, going through wage policy, training, working and employment conditions, occupational health, organization of work time, work and conciliation We assume the principle of equal opportunities between women and men , paying special attention to indirect discrimination, understanding by this "The situation in which an apparently neutral provision, criterion or practice places a person of one sex at a particular disadvantage compared to persons of the other sex".


Regarding communication, both internal and external, will be informed of all decisions taken in this regard and an image of the company will be projected in accordance with this principle of equal opportunities between women and men.


The stated principles will be put into practice through the promotion of equality measures or through the implementation of an equality plan . The equality plan will attend, among others, the matters of access to employment, professional classification, promotion and training, remuneration, organization of working time to favor in terms of equality between men and women, work, personal and family reconciliation, and the prevention of sexual harassment and harassment based on sex. In these matters, actions will be designed that imply improvements with respect to the present situation, arbitrating the corresponding monitoring systems, with the purpose of advancing in the achievement of real equality between women and men in the company and by extension, in the set of the society.


To carry out this purpose workers will be counted on , not only in the collective bargaining process, as established by Organic Law 3/2007 for Effective Equality between Women and Men, but throughout the development and evaluation process of the aforementioned equality measures or equality plan.
