Quality policy


In EcoCastulum We are committed to maintaining, developing and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) that allows us to integrate all the applicable requirements, both legislative, clients, and other interested parties and the reference standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. . To achieve this, it is supported by Competent Personnel, Reliable Suppliers and an effective QMS that leads to continuous improvement of processes.


Quality and its continuous improvement are the responsibility of each and every person in the company and first of all its Senior Management.


Quality assurance allows us to be more competitive and offer our services, with levels in line with the demands of our clients, to achieve their maximum satisfaction.


Senior Management sets these objectives and is committed to fulfilling them:


  • Comply with the requirements established in the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard and continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
  • Offer clear and precise information about our consulting and research services that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Establish personnel training as a philosophy, with the aim of providing them with a high level of qualification to perform their functions and tasks.
  • Use and maintain the most cutting-edge technical means to offer continuous improvement in the traceability and quality of the results obtained.
  • Constitute strategic synergies within our work sector.
  • Maintain the impartiality, confidentiality and independence of the services provided, as well as protect confidential information in its use, storage and transmission.


Our work is susceptible to a continuous improvement plan. These commitments will be reviewed to adapt to internal and external changes that may have effects on our company.


To be successful in the stated Quality Policy, this Management requests the adhesion and participation of everyone, at all levels, both in their individual actions and when they are part of work groups, in order to establish and keep up to date a Quality System that ensures the satisfaction of our clients and interested parties.


This policy will be reviewed at least once a year.
