The management of ECOCASTULUM, SL adopts the commitment to achieving safe and healthy working conditions for its organization to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration. It also aims to preserve property and processes against possible losses, and all this considering the integration of the gender perspective and effective equality between all workers.


To put this commitment into practice, the necessary measures will be adopted so that the health and safety conditions in all jobs and interested parties comply with the established legal and other requirements.


Continuous attention will be maintained to the identification and elimination of hazards that may cause injuries and illnesses to workers, as well as to the reduction of risks to Safety and Health at Work, including a commitment to consultation and participation of workers. , and in any case, guaranteeing the right to a

effective protection in all areas of work, taking into account personal singularities from a gender perspective, and manifest equality of opportunities. ECOCASTULUM, SL recognizes that the best system to support preventive efforts is to conceive Health and Safety at Work as something intrinsic and inherent to all work modalities. Responsibilities in preventive matters will be assigned directly to the competencies that each person has assigned in the development of their work, so that the integration of prevention is achieved in the set of activities of the company and at all hierarchical levels: from the highest levels of management until reaching all workers and interested parties.


The different levels of management of ECOCASTULUM, SL will manage health and safety in a professional manner, applying the functions of their responsibility (planning, organization, direction and control) for the administration of the preventive activities that are established, and in any case ensuring the integration of the gender perspective and effective equality in all levels under their charge.


The company places trust in all workers to achieve the above, for the benefit of prevention, which is a necessity for everyone, with a commitment to continuous improvement of the organization's Occupational Health and Safety management system. .


The commitments acquired in this policy will be incorporated into the organization's annual objectives, including a goal to achieve them and reviewing compliance annually. When the goal is reached, the organization will define new, stricter objectives. This policy will be communicated to all employees and will be available to all interested parties of the organization.
